Do you have shipping estimates for International Backer?
Yes. Below are the rough estimates for shipping to Europe and New Zealand, where most of our international backers are located. Shipping estimates are based on current commercial postage rates and are subject to carrier rate changes; duties and VAT are set by each destination country.

Shipping costs shown above apply to base reward tiers before any add-ons are included. Add-ons increase package weight, so pledge manager totals will run above these base-tier ranges.
Packages ship DDU (duties/taxes not prepaid). International backers pay their country’s VAT and any carrier handling fee on arrival; EU backers should expect local VAT plus roughly a 3 euro handling charge collected by the carrier before delivery.

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.

Pre-Orders
Items offered through this store may be pre-order items and may not be ready to ship at the time of purchase. Estimated production and fulfillment dates are provided in good faith but are subject to change due to printing, manufacturing, freight, or other unforeseen delays.
Payment
You agree to pay the full amount shown at checkout, including applicable shipping, taxes, and fees. Orders are not considered complete until payment has been successfully processed.
Shipping & Address Changes
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If your address changes before fulfillment, please update your information through BackerKit or contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.
Shipping Delays
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier, customs, and other circumstances outside our control. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order information and, when applicable, photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will make reasonable efforts to replace damaged or missing items when inventory permits.
Lost Packages
If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will assist where reasonably possible, but we cannot guarantee replacement of packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided.
Cancellations & Refunds
Because many items are produced specifically based on preorder quantities, cancellations and refunds may not be available once an order has been charged or production has begun. Refund or cancellation requests made before that point will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Product Changes
Product images, specifications, dimensions, colors, and other details shown in the store are representative of the intended final product. Minor changes may occur during production. We reserve the right to make reasonable changes necessary to manufacture and fulfill the products.
